Kraslice are most often decorated chicken eggs. They are the symbol of Easter and the object of a reward – a gift for a willow whip. In the Veselsko region, Easter eggs decorated with the technique of successive application of colours from the lightest to the darkest have become typical. Decorating is done with melted wax, which prevents further staining.
